PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the PULSE project are:

To provide a means for organizations to assess their procurement practices using a consistent and reliable methodology
To provide a tool which allows organizations to identify and prioritize actions to improve their procurement processes
To provide a means of collecting information on procurement processes and the overall state of procurement across European regions and industries
To establish a basis for an industry standard for procurement assessments based on extending the assessment specifications and production models currently established by the International Standards Organization (ISO)
