TARGET AUDIENCE

The PULSE project is targeted at medium to large-sized organizations. Smaller organizations (that is, less than 40 IT users) would typically start with the ASSIST project.

Candidates for PULSE assessments should be:

• Trained in improvement and assessment models
• Supported by their management
• Ready to accept weaknesses
• Willing to launch an improvement plan
