organization’s requirements, with little investment in time and money
- An understanding, in a short period, of those procurement
actions which have significant success rates and which are applicable to SMEs
- A forum for sharing experience and common issues at the
workshops
- A Diagnostic Software Tool, which is consistent with
industry best practices, to monitor procurement improvement actions
- Comparative benchmarking of procurement practices against
other organizations
- A training curriculum to enable IT buyers and consultancies
to establish procurement improvement initiatives (under license arrangements)
