Presentation
Envisioning your Enterprise - Relationships & Lessons Learned When You Envision your Enterprise!
As we attempt to improve an enterprise, whether using a process or service view, the success of our activities hinges on our ability to create credible models capturing vital information & relationships.  Various stakeholders have their own information requirements and preferred enterprise views.

Creating a repository that captures this critical enterprise data and allows the various stakeholder groups to view “Their Information Their Way” is a significant challenge.

This presentation will discuss lessons learned and show sample views from real projects. Enterprise information requirements & views supporting architects, business & IT analysts, managers, system engineers, auditors, and consultants will be included.

A checklist will also be presented for evaluating tool support for TOGAF activities.
