  John Bell - Enterprise Architect, Marriott International, US    

photoJohn Bell is one of two Enterprise Architects for Marriott International and served as the lead architect for the project that recreated Marriott.com as a J2EE application. He is the author of the J2EE Open Source Toolkit published by John Wiley & Sons and has been featured in several books published by Wrox Press. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the Center for Applied Information Technology at Towson State University. Mr. Bell is TOGAF certified and a member of the Open Group's Architecture forum.

Case Study: Marriott International and TOGAF
Marriott International has adopted TOGAF as their Enterprise Architecture framework. Eighteen of our associates have taken the TOGAF training and received TOGAF certification. This presentation examines TOGAF from Marriott's perspective, presenting a view Marriott's ongoing Enterprise Architecture efforts and how we are adopting, adapting, and applying TOGAF.
