Steve began his tenure at Aon in 1985 in San Francisco. He worked extensively in the international arena and with Aon's Silicon Valley clients before transferring to Aon-Washington in October, 1994. Steve is part of Aon's Technology Risk Group (TRG) and primarily works with technology firms and organizations in the mid-Atlantic region.

Steve is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (June, 1981) and obtained his C.P.C.U. (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) professional designation in 1991 and his A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) professional designation in 1994.
