Frank Hayes Software Engineering Senior Manager Compaq

Mr. Hayes holds the position of Software Engineering Senior Manager managing the engineering group responsible for bringing COM/DCOM to the Digital UNIX platform. He previously held the position of Vice President, Engineering for ONTOS, Inc., a leading provider of object-oriented solutions and C++/relational integration development tools. Over the last five years he has held positions in Marketing, Business Development, and the Product Development organizations. Over the last several years Mr. Hayes has been involved in the planning, design, and implementation of object based and large networked systems. This includes Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, distributed and client-server architectures and the integration of midrange and Host based systems. He has also held positions with NYNEX Business Information Systems, Inc., and Wang Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Hayes graduated Summa cum Laude from New Hampshire College where he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems.
