Management Program Group
DSM Program Group Meeting
The DSM Program Group will meet on Wednesday and Thursday 28 and 29 April 1998. While this is not a closed meeting it is a working meeting of the group to review progress and status of projects and to plan future projects.
In addition to the review of current projects we will try to provide an overall technology status review of the subject of Service Management with the objective of determining if there is sufficient commonality today that there is any interesting in starting an interest group to define the requirements for possible standards in this area.
