Martin Garner Director of Telecoms Products and Services Ovum

Martin Garner is Ovum's Director of Telecoms Products and Services. He has 15 years experience in telecomms, with 9 years as a consultant. While at Ovum Martin has built up the mobile communications practice to a team of 13 people, led many consulting studies in the area as well as other areas such as VPNs and numbering. He has also been involved with all of our Ovum Reports in mobile communications. He is a qualified electronic engineer and has an MBA specialising in marketing.
