Paul Barker joined CMG as senior consultant of advanced technology in 1996. Shortly afterwards, he was promoted to associate director of advanced technology, Web technologies and then mobile business solutions. In July this year, Barker was appointed director of mBusiness. He is focused on pulling together m-business initiatives at country and group level to support other sectors in this developing market.

Before joining CMG, Paul spent twelve years at British Telecom, where, as project manager, he oversaw a series of systems developments groups and was responsible for the full project development life cycle, including budgetary planning and management.

Paul has a wealth of experience in new technologies. His main strength is identifying how new technologies can enable business to save money. As such, he is a regular and well respected circuit speaker.
