Active Loss Prevention Initiative

During the April meeting, we will begin the groundwork to establish the first two projects.  On Wednesday morning, we will work with the architecture forum to establish the tools and techniques that we will be using. This will create a common vocabulary for all to use and a clear and well tried methodology for generating business requirements.  On Wednesday afternoon, we will meet with the Security forum, to discuss issues around risk and Active Loss Prevention.  This meeting will set the scene for the risk vocabulary project.  For Thursday morning, we will start with an outline of the trust services project, talking about the vision for trust services and giving feedback from a trust workshop held March 19, at HP Research labs in Bristol, UK.

For both the risk vocabulary and trust services project, we will then concentrate on defining the scope of the problem, what the deliverables should look like and framing the chapter headings and rough content guide.  This will enable us to create the first project plans with timescales for both contribution and deliverables.
