Deb Frazer, currently the Global Director of NOL Group s IT
Audit and Consulting Services group, has over ten years of experience
in financial, operational and IT audit, as well as information security.
A graduate of Golden Gate University s School of Accounting,
Deb obtained her CPA while at legacy Coopers and Lybrand. Prior to her
current position with NOL Group, Deb has held various posts at Franklin
Templeton Group, Gap Inc., and KPMG.
She is also a CISA and CISSP.
