Ms.
Joanne Woytek is the NASA Contract Technical Representative (CoTR) and
Program Manager of the Scientific and Engineering Workstations Procurement
(SEWP), a premier Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). She has
worked at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) for over 20 years providing
computer support for the Earth and Space Sciences. In that capacity she
has been involved in network programming, image processing, visualization
tool development, system administration and database programming and administration.
She has participated in the SEWP program from its inception nine years
ago and has managed the program for the past two years.
