Skip Slone is Chief Architect, Directory and Naming Services, within the Chief Technology Office of Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information Systems, where he is responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining the directory and naming services architectural vision and standards for Lockheed Martin. He has 24 years experience in the IT industry, and has been with Lockheed Martin since 1981. Mr. Slone has contributed to the development of international standards since 1988. He currently participates in a number of standards committees, including those responsible for X.500, LDAP, and PKI, as well as the Directory Interoperability Forum. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the Florida Institute of Technology. He holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Florida Tech and a BS in Mathematics from Georgetown College. Return to plenary agenda |
