Process
The process steps for Phase D-A are:
- Determine which tools should be used for value tracking.
- Use the Investment Appraisal method to determine value metrics for the business objectives.
- Identify the metrics that the business requires.
- Influence business projects for value realization (outcomes).
- Monitor enterprise architecture capability maturity.
- Track and assess Asset Management programs.
