Objective of Meeting
The objective of the meeting, consisting of a small number of core team members, was to
start to map out a future program for the Forum.
Summary
The primary output of the meeting was a proposal for a new work area for the Forum,
focusing on developing an architectural approach to Enterprise Management, aligned with
TOGAF.
Outputs
A first rough draft of the architectural proposal was produced, in the form of a set of
PowerPoint slides. In addition, a couple of specific detailed projects were also
identified.
Next Steps
The proposal will be developed into a more complete White Paper form ahead of the next
meeting.
