Objective of Meeting

The purpose of the meeting was to enable all delegates interested in SOA to learn about what The Open Group is doing in this field.

Summary

SOA Work Group Director Chris Harding gave a presentation covering:

• The current state and future directions of SOA
• The role and work program of The Open Group SOA Work Group

Progress on particular projects and project proposals was described by Work Group members.
