15-May-2003 15:01 Delhi Richard Sitruk (ETIS) A a Director at ETIS (e- and telecommunications information services) and is a professional IT executive having substantial experience in the re-engineering of business and organisation processes involving the implementation of new Information Technologies. He has held several positions within ITT France, Alcatel and Digital Equipment and today is a major contributor to standardisation bodies such as ETSI and the ITU-T. He is Vice Chairman of the CEN/ISSS group on E-Commerce, and is active in international groupings addressing key issues affecting e-Business and m-Commerce. He holds advanced degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.
