The Dutch Immigration Agency has started a large transformation programma, that will have a fundamental impact on their business and IT. In his presentation Maarten Waage will share his experience on how business architecture has facilitated communication and decision making within the Dutch Immigration Agency. He will also demonstrate the use of business architecture to make IT related decisions and  to guide the design of the new IT-solutions. In his presentation he will show samples of the business architecture.
