Joseph (Joe) Francis is Executive Director for the Supply Chain Council (SCC). In this capacity,
Mr. Francis oversees process reference framework research and development in supply chain, design, sales and other enterprise areas, training, methodology, benchmarking, expert networking, and other support processes to understand, manage and improve their business processes and systems.
He was former CTO of SCC, and has been Managing Director of a private consultancy. He was formerly the Senior Director of BPM for Hewlett-Packard company, and oversaw the supply chain integration of the processes and IT system for the HP Compaq merger.
