Raghava Krishna holds a bachelor's degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. He is currently working as a Solution Architect in Tata Consultancy Services Limited. Raghava is also a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java Platform. He has more than 5 years of IT experience, and worked in several other areas such as Vignette, CORBA, and See Beyond ICAN along with a good experience in Performance Testing of Applications with Load Runner.

This implementation involves design and development of a customer centric view application for a call center with a CRM product, an ESB, and a CDI solution as technology stack. Integration and synchronization of the customer data with the existing host systems and real-time interaction of the customer is the main challenge involved.
