Summary

Communication

The joint sessions with IAMP included three plenary panel sessions addressing issues relating to the convergence of voice messaging and electronic messaging:

  • Converged Communication Administration and Migration
This session discussed the issues relating to administration of a converged communications infrastructure, and the considerations for migration from legacy systems.

These three sessions were all virtual sessions, with some of the panel members participating remotely and a significant virtual audience.

    • The Business Scenario was reviewed and refined
    • An approach to address the objective in the Business Scenario was identified and actions placed to examine the extent to which other organizations would support the proposal.
