FORUM MEETING JANUARY 2006 - BARCELONA, SPAIN

The next meeting of The Open Group Messaging Forum will take place on 24th-26th January 2005 in Barcelona, Spain, as part of The Open Group Quarterly Meeting. The venue for this meeting is  the Hotel Fira Palace, BarcelonaRegistration is now open; special early bird rates apply to those who register by December 9th, 2005.

This meeting will include
  • A half-day session as part of the Architecture Practitoner's Conference addressing the recently completed S/MIME Secure Messaging Architecture.
  • A half-day public session aimed to provide up-to-date information about the current activities of the Messaging Forum
  • A series of working sessions to progress the activities of the Forum, restricted to members of the Messaging Forum.
The majority of the working sessions will be scheduled for afternoons to make it possible for members in the USA who are unable to travel to Europe to participate via teleconference.
