Selvyn has over 24 years in the software industry. He cut his teeth on machine code development and graduated high level languages and the world of OO modelling. For the past 11 years he has specialised in modelling languages for the purpose of the design and architecting systems.

A brief tour of constructing a meta-model in UML followed by a UML language formulism used to construct the TOGAF Content Framework. This lecture will define what is a meta-model, how a meta-model is used and why it's important to have a meta-model for any language formulism.
