'ABCD is easier than EFG!' - TOGAF 9 Deployment and Governance issues

With the development of TOGAF version 9 , we see a broadening and depening of the apporoach that TOGAF now takes to Enterprise Architecture. In many ways the development Phases have given a really solid basis for the practicing architect to use with confidence. However ther is much new material and thinking in the deployment and governance area.

This presentation will examine questions and issues relating to the practices, processes and techniques recommended in Phases E, F and G of TOGAF version 9 and highlight the benefits of the TOGAF approach but also the problems and issues that arise within these Phases.
