Andrew Josey
Andrew Josey is director for Certification within The Open Group responsible for management of development of the TOGAF Certification program. Most recently he has led the successful development and deployment of the TOGAF Certification Examination which is now available worldwide through Thomson-Prometric.
Andrew has worked in the industry since 1987, working previously for AT&T UNIX Europe, UNIX System Laboratories and Novell prior to joining The Open Group in 1996.
Simon Dalziel
Simon is a senior information systems professional with over 20 years experience of systems development. His key skills are enterprise architectures, IS strategy, business process and data modelling and data management. He is TOGAF 7 and 8 certified.
Simon has been involved in the development of enterprise architectures and IS strategies for several major companies and government organisations. He is a work group leader for the development of TOGAF 9 with The Open Group Architecture Forum and is also a member of the joint Open Group/OMG working group mapping TOGAF to MDA.
Bill Estrem
Bill has 18 years experience in the information technology field. He focuses in the areas of enterprise architectures, IS strategy, information security and computer aided design and manufacturing.
Bill has several years of experience developing enterprise architecture. He worked as an Enterprise Architect at 3M.
He has been a member of the Open Group since its was founded in 1995. He was a member of the original working group that defined the first version of The Open Group Architecture Framework.
Bill is a former chairman of the Architecture Forum and is also a member of the joint Open Group/ OMG working group mapping TOGAF to MDA .
Bill is an adjunct associate professor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota , where he teaches Operations Management in the International MBA program. Previously, he held the Honeywell Endowed Chair at the University of Saint Thomas , where he taught technology-related courses in the Graduate School of Business and the Manufacturing Systems Engineering department.
He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Technology Education from Eastern Illinois University and a Ph.D. from Illinois State University.
Dave Gilmour
With more than thirty years in the high-technology sector, David has broad experience in both technical and commercial roles. He has worked for and with global companies in the IT, logistics, FMCG, banking/ insurance, garment and oil sectors. David has spent most of his time working for these global companies outside of the UK .
He has directed very large programmes of work from both client and supplier sides, operating at board/ministry level. Thus his knowledge of Governance Processes in many cultures and legal regimes is deep and broad, as is his understanding of how these interact at the practical level.
Dave Harrison
David Harrison has worked in the IT industry for over 35 years.
His clients have included Vodafone, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Halton and Lambeth Borough Councils, BP, Bank of Montreal, John Lewis, GSK, PITO, Post Office.
In his personal life, David holds a Certificate in Horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society, and divides much of his spare time between his organic Hampshire garden and his beautiful grandson.
Roger Cutts
Roger has over 30 years experience in IT and Telecoms industries covering all aspects of the project lifecycle from Requirements through to Deployment. For several years he worked in the capacity of Global IT Architect for a major Telecom Service Provider, using methods in the workplace which were developed in parallel with his work in the TeleManagement Forum. These methods included developing a high level functional architecture, creating an application map and using those deliverables to develop a long term strategy and architecture for the organisation.
Roger is a leading proponent of the ideas of Enterprise Architecture, initially described by John Zachman in the 1980s, and a certified TOGAF Practitioner. He has spoken at many international events on the themes of Enterprise Architecture particularly with reference to the Telecoms Industry.
