EA in Financial Services

Chris Forde
VP Enterprise Architecture & Membership Capabilities The Open Group

This workshop is a practical look at what is needed for establishing an enterprise architecture practice in the financial services sector and how to make EA work for your organisation. The workshop will take the form of an interactive presentation facilitated by industry thought leaders bringing extensive experience and lessons learnt in both enterprise architecture and financial services.

The focus of the workshop will include a discussion around your organisation’s EA needs, developing EA business cases for communicating EA value to senior management, identifying key skills required in an EA team, and adapting TOGAF 9 to meet your organisation’s needs.

All attendees will receive a workshop pack following the event that includes documentation of the discussions and insights, as well as the presentation.
