Dr. Feng Jicheng, Apusic, China

Mr. Feng Jicheng received his Bachelor's Degree of Science (majoring in applied mathematics), Master's Degree of Engineering (majoring in system engineering) from South China University of Technology, and received his Doctor's degree of Administration (majoring in Modern Industrial Engineering) from Tianjin University.

He is senior engineer of electronic information, the expert who enjoys the government's special allowance, and he receives the title of "the leading talent of state-level" granted bythe Shenzhen government.

Dr. Feng undertook many state-level major science and technology projects. He, served as convener of key projects (project leader) and leaders of research teams, undertook three major special projects of the National High-Tech Program (863) within six consecutive years.

He has published many papers in the state-level core journals, as well as one monograph. He has been hired as part-time professor at several universities.He has 16 years of experience in IT industrial, such as his research and practical experience in the fields of enterprise information technology, management consulting and e-government and so on. His professional expertise includes software architecture, software technology and business management combined.

Dr. Feng is the current General Manager of Kingdee Middleware Co., Ltd
