Presentation
TOGAF Implementation - A project view
Delivering Enterprise Architecture in highly dynamic environments is challenging to say the least. Many companies in these arenas are so focused on delivery and the bottom line that the enterprise cannot generate the commitment or interest amongst top level management to undertake such an all encompassing task. The presentation will focus on some suggested techniques to enable delivery of some core TOGAF architectural artefacts that deliver direct business benefit within challenging environments, thus building a base and justification for further development of enterprise architecture. With the implementation of complex systems that have multiple interfaces, these programmes and projects provide an excellent springboard for focused delivery of useful artefacts that developed within the framework will contribute to the overall architecture.<?
