Business Transformation and Enterprise Architecture
The formulation of a visionary Enterprise Architecture is often challenging but not too difficult; getting there is another matter altogether. IM/IT is a major business transformation enabler whose real potential cannot be realized until the business transformation has occured. This relationship requires careful management. The presentation focuses on practical means to harmonize business and technology transformation including governance, planning, portfolio management, risk management, communications and other soft skills. The goal is to ensure an orderly, business-led and successful transition.
