Presentation
CASE STUDY: Developing a Successful Business Architecture Function
The case study will provide “best known methods” for developing and implementing a business architecture function within the enterprise. Missing, disjointed, and redundant business processes create data quality issues, increase costs, and create barriers to alignment, consistency, and increased business value.

The presentation will give a brief overview of enterprise architecture at Intel and then detail the development of the ”Business Architecture Office” – an organization created to address the specific concerns of business architecture. Discussion of: strategy, vision, deliverables, process management, etc. will lead to sharing key learnings valuable to the industry.
