Presentation
Managing Enterprise Politics and Culture
Good engineering solutions are not enough to guarantee success in Enterprise Architecture. We must also understand the culture and politics of our enterprises, the shape of the human landscape, as opposed to the technology landscape, into which our solutions will be deployed. This session will explore the perspectives necessary to decode our enterprise's culture and politics, and the application of that knowledge to the effective implementation of Architecture.
