Aidan has nearly 30 years experience in the IT industry
in a variety of roles (including 20 years with ICL),
having worked in many countries worldwide across
a wide range of industry segments. He has been actively
involved in Service Management matters for the last
16 years, holds the Managers’ Certificate in
ITSM and is a Fellow of the Institute of Service
Management .
As an author, he has contributed to many of the
publications in ITIL and to other ITSM publications,
is one the authors of the BSI standard (BS15000)
and has had numerous articles published in journals
and magazines world-wide.
An active volunteer member of the itSMF organisation
from its earliest days, Aidan has held this full-time
role since 1999.
A regular, sought-after speaker worldwide, Aidan’s
presentations are always informative, usually entertaining
and often provocative! In his spare time he is an
ardent rugby fan, supporting the All Blacks - and
anyone playing Australia.
