Judith Jones Experienced Business, Programme Manager and Principal Consultant with significant skills in customer centric programmes including Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Architecture, Operational Business and IT Infrastructures.

Prime consulting experience includes Business Change, Strategy Development and Communications, Business Development and Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Partnership Alignment, Business Re-engineering to change, specify and deliver customer value, process and commercial initiatives.

Roles include advisor to Brussels, CCTA and Industry Organisations on Enterprise Architecture and IS/IT Architecture and Frameworks, eGovernment, Practitioner of TOGAF, Prince 2. Background experience includes 9 years as an independent consultant and 23 years as a business manager with ICL, now Fujitsu Services.

An active member of The Open Group Judith has worked with the Architecture Forum to develop Enterprise Architecture development processes and Strategies suitable for global government and private sector usage. She has presented at major conferences on Enterprise Architecture, process and people skills.
