Presentation
On a New Approach to Managing the Strategy to Execution Lifecycle
The senior technology leader is challenged with providing leadership in the information systems area as well as helping the entire organization to leverage technology in an innovative fashion in order to achieve alignment and integration to the strategic intents, objectives, and performance goals targeted by the enterprise. This can prove to be especially difficult during times of organization transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and during the execution of operational excellence programmes.

This presentation will address how an organization can embrace and execute an enterprise-wide alignment and integration process in order to prioritize and synchronize strategic and tactical initiatives, allowing an organization to accelerate onto a path to high-performance and innovation. Mr. Benyovszky will present a case study that details how a multi-billion dollar global energy company started the process of enterprise excellence in their environment using the Zero Delta methodology as a launch pad.
