Agile Computing
IT operations managers are spending increasing resources on adapting their IT systems to respond to changes in business requirements. Business agility is key to success in IT-dependent businesses. An "agile computing" approach based on an IT Standards Framework can enable it. We have gathered feedback on this in US-based conferences, so we aim here want to hear the European view:

Follow-up to BoF in San Francisco
In the Jan 2005 conference (San Francisco), our Board of Directors ran a Birds-of-a-Feather session where members were asked how we might improve the value of their memberships by improving the ways we work in the Forums. We will follow up on this Board initiative, taking in more member feedback - especially through the Forum Chairs - and agreeing next steps.
