Workshop: TOGAF-ADM Security Guide. A Step-by-Step Approach to Architecting the Secure Enterprise
The TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) forms the core of TOGAF. It is a method for developing an enterprise architecture to meet the business and information technology needs of an organization. Pervasively throughout the Architectural Domains and in all phases of the Architecture Development, security concerns of the enterprise need to be accounted for. Discussion of Security Architecture has the tension of being separate from the remainder of Enterprise Architecture development and at the same time needing to be fully integrated in it. In February 2005, the Architecture Forum and the Security Forum sponsored a program to build a guide to the enterprise architecture work related to security. This session is a look at the first draft, and a view of the kinds of work undertaken by The Open Group members for the non-members attending the conference.

The workshop portion of the session will give the audience the chance to provide feedback on the security objectives outlined for each phase of the TOGAF-ADM.
