Biography
David, for most of the last 12 years, has operated in
the global environment outside the U.K. with key responsibilities
in major corporations specialising in two specific
areas:
In the CER and CIS, assisting in-country branches
of global entities in integrating into the local
cultures, especially where their history was predicated
by the command (as opposed to demand) economic model.
Relationship management when contractual assumptions
between global entities and their global outsourcing
partners were stressed.
In nearly all cases the resolution has been found
in the implementation or formalisation of robust
and pragmatic governance processes.
David's contribution is thus an experience based
understanding of how to practically implement these
controls across and within different cultural and
legal systems and companies, thereby ensuring a
consistent team approach and sensible compliance
with relevant standards. This experience is grounded
in inter- and intra-corporate process management
starting from the Production Control (M/ERP) systems
and the evolution of management systems in many
industrial sectors.
