Simon Dalziel Biography
Simon Dalziel is currently working as a Principal Consultant with Architecting-the-Enterprise, providing training and consultancy services. He specialises in Business Architectures, IS Strategy, Data and Repository Management and Enterprise Architectures using TOGAF 8. He is TOGAF 7 and 8 certified.

Simon has been involved in the development of enterprise architectures and IS strategies for several major companies and government organisations, including Norwich Union, Reader’s Digest, Railtrack, Scottish Power, The European Commission and the DVO Group.

 TUTORIAL: Business Services Architecture (BSA)
SOA is a well-established architectural style and the concept of web services is well-established. There appears to be less agreement, however, on what a business service is. This tutorial will examine the definition, discovery and usage of business services in enterprise architecture development.
