Biography Alan Burnett, Consultancy Services Manager at Popkin Software, has over 10 years experience of working with System Architect® and delivering Enterprise Architectures for Popkin’s clients. He also has over 16 years of IT project and business project delivery skills. Alan is responsible for delivering solutions to large and small customers, in particular, in the telecommunications industry throughout Europe and the Middle East. Alan is TOGAF certified and has a wealth of knowledge in industry specific models for delivering Enterprise Architecture from the Zachman Framework to the TM Forum’s etom and SID models.
