Robert Badila Biography
Robert Badila is an American national residing in Brussels Belgium. He received his BSc in Communications in 1976 from Ohio University and started his professional life as a teacher in special education. He left teaching for a career in business, management and technology, joining AT&T and studying on the post-graduate level in computer engineering with professors John Donovan and Stuart Madnick of the M.I.T. Sloan School. Rob left AT&T in 1991 and joined Xansa PLC in Brussels as a programme manager and principal consultant where he managed the Business Architecture Practice for Xansa in continental Europe, focussing on the Flanders Regional and Belgian Federal Governments. Subsequently, Mr. Badila joined Xansa's senior management team as International Practice Manager for Business Intelligence. In 2004, recognised as one of the leading architecture practitioners in continental Europe, Rob moved to Conclusion Business Transformation Services N.V. as Operations Director and Executive Consultant. Mr. Badila also served as director on the Board of Xansa Employee Trust Company Ltd.
