An Introduction to Alliances and Alliance Best Practices
This session will look at some of the recent trends in alliance development and examine a basic foundation of best practices for alliance formation and management by introducing a framework and "systematic" approach to alliance development. This session is designed to introduce the steps in the alliance formation and management process, introduce some of the tools, techniques and best practices that have been shown to increase alliance effectiveness and explore conditions and practices that promote successful collaboration and alliance performance.
