Andrew Guitarte is the AVP / Business Architect of Internet Services at Wells Fargo Bank. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst managing complex projects and teams in the US, Brazil, Philippines and South East Asia. His research interests are strategic issues in banking, technology, and electronic governance. Mr. Guitarte holds an MS in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
