Indian software industry has been growing exponentially moving steadily through the three P's of service levels-from the P1 (People based ) to P2 (Project based) to P3(Product -IP based)  globally. EA Maturity Model as Entry Point for EA Services

Though the global EA market has been moving from an 'awareness' state to an 'implementation' state, EA maturity is perceived to be at a low level, across the board,even among the top tier organisations. The EA maturity models themselves are maturing gradually and addressing the major challenges of  measuring business benefit realisation. Maturity models have to necessarily have an inward looking perspective analysing processes, skills and tools/technology. However, an external perspective from the viewpoints of the various stakeholders is the key to EA success. TOGAF provides the framework for EA maturity assessment which can be expanded and tailored to suit specific situations.
