Core Competencies for EA Development Most frameworks detail the organization structure of the Enterprise Architecture core team, interactions with the rest of the organization, and the performance metrics of the EA function as a whole. But as a Manager, the Enterprise Architecture Lead still needs to answer the following questions:

• How do I provide the right training to a group of experts?
