Business Transformation enabled by Enterprise Architecture: Clarifying the Linkage
Translating the Business Transformation vision into a reality requires the rigourous planning for both business and technical dimensions embodied in enterprise architecture. The architecture is the link between the business and technology communities and forms the basis for the development of a portfolio of projects with increments delivering ever-increasing levels of service. These projects cover a wide range of interdependent activities including information technology/management and the architecture provides the foundation for governance by determining their strategic fit and assessing risk in the case of cancellations and/or delays.

The presentation will discuss these linkages as well as Capability Management techniques used to coordinate diverse but interdependent projects in large organizations through architecture.
