The Workshop will give participants an understanding of the latest trends in the practice of SOA plus information about the SOA Working Group, which is working to move SOA forward. It will start with brief presentations from members of the SOA Working Group Steering Committee on:

• Where SOA is Today
• The SOA Working Group and its Mission
• What Needs to be Done - the Working Group's Deliverables

This will lead into a group discussion in which workshop participants will share their experience on the current state of SOA and their ideas on how to move SOA forward. The Workshop will conclude with a 5-minute summary of the conclusions reached and next steps to be taken.
