 With 17 years of service
in IBM and more than 30 years of professional experience, Claudio
Cozzi is a recognized expert in planning, designing, developing
and delivering scalable Information Technology solutions for
public sector, retail, utilities, telecommunications, and transportation
companies.
He is a certified IT Architect and a Chief Architect in
IBM's Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) & Web Services
Center of Excellence. He is responsible for promoting the
adoption of SOA best practices internally, developing, promoting,
and supporting SOA training inside IBM, and providing complex
architecture expertise and consulting in client engagements.
Claudio holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science and a MSc in Operations Research from MIT
