Enterprise Architectural
Framework-based Project Management: Missing Art of EA Practice
The
golden key to any successful software implementation is the “Master
Plan”. However there is no simplistic
formula to measure the success of a project. Generally success
could be considered as part of a very complex mathematics
which is completely controlled by few numbers reflected by
adherence to deadlines, budgets and delivery of functionalities
with minimum defects.
In order to build an efficient project
delivery model enterprise must make a logical separation
between a Project Life-Cycle and Enterprise Life-Cycle
with the introduction of human aspect covered by the various
phases defined in the life-cycle of the system that is designed
by the project.
An Enterprise Architectural Framework based
project delivery approach enables an organization to
adhere the architecture centric, technology driven service
execution model. Project management is really the missing
art of enterprise architectural practice.
This paper is a
strategic state-of-the art guideline enabling your enterprise
to build-up an effective enterprise project delivery model
that fits into that complex mathematical equation.
Let
us reveal the missing art of Enterprise Architecture practice
and be a part of this success roadmap.
