Philippe André is currently working in the area of ICT architecture, focusing more and more on the links between business/information architecture and Information System and Technology Infrastructure architectures.

He has been practising Architecture since 1998, using the Capgemini Integrated Architecture Framework in many different types of engagements.

He is an architecture leader inside the Capgemini architect community, contributing to the continuous update of the framework and of the corporate Architecture learning program.

Basing this presentation on a real life project, we show how IAF, Capgemini Architecture Framework, can be used to define a coherent roadmap (migration plan) from business, information, information system, and technical infrastructure viewpoints, to allow a world-wide company to move from a silo and stovepipe structure and approach, to a Service Oriented Enterprise, embracing a Service mindset at business level and implementing it up to the technical infrastructure level.
